How we transform
2018
Founded by Jong at his home with a vision of creating an interior design process to safeguard clients and contractors, ensuring a clear renovation journey.
2020
Moved to a home office with an administrative staff and a designer, focusing on developing a systematic process and enhancing quality control measures.
2021
Collaborated with a renovation company, leading to the relocation to a 4000 sqft office with storage facility. The teams expanded to include admin, designers, project manager, site supervisor and labor workers.
2023
Implemented a cloud storage system and improvised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce intensive labor management. The team moved to a 1500sqft office with a store, aiming to increase efficiency in communication within team with partial remote work for executives.
2024
Introduced AI and automation management systems, further enhanced clud-based storage, and implemented transparency in communication. Transitioned to fully remote work for executives and collaboration with craftsment expert in field.
